Marketing Promotion Terms & Conditions X
All participants will be able to take part in the competition on the following basis:
- Promoter – Rackspace Limited of 5 Millington Road, Hyde Park Hayes, Middlesex
UB3 4AZ. The closing date for the competition will be 31 May 2012. All entrants are
eligible to submit an entry using the methodology set out on the ‘landing page’.
- No entry fee is payable.
- Two winners of the competition will each be awarded an ipad with cover personalised with the submitted winning artwork. The winners will be selected based on the skill
and artistic achievement shown in the relevant submission by a panel of Rackspace
employees, whose decision in the matter will be final. Entries will not be permitted
from any employee of Rackspace Limited, their sub-contractors and suppliers. Entries
will be permitted from any organisation or individual excluding those based outside
of the United Kingdom.
- In the event of a competitor not wishing to claim the prize, he/she may request that
a charitable donation is made to the same value to the charity of their choice.
- Prizes will be delivered to the winning contestants within 30 days of 31 May 2012.
- Copyright in all entries will be vested in Rackspace Limited and the content of entries
will not be returned to any competitor. Details of the identity of the winning competitors
may be obtained within 30 days from the closing date on written request.
